What’s in the bedroom?

The one with the exotic guest….

So, another ‘distressed sale’, a young vendor, who had been left a large detached house by his grandfather.

He had been making money in the interim by renting it out to make films ‘of an adult nature’.

As we toured the house on our viewing, there were rooms filled with a variety of sex toys, S&M apparatus.

Again my business partner and I tried to keep things business-like and professional.

Although when we reached one room, we were only advised to peep through the slightly opened door.

As the very large snake was loose in that room and they weren’t sure where it was or how to catch it…

Again, another one that we did not end up acquiring – so luckily didn’t have to work out whether the snake was still there or how to tackle it!
